Ascension is a multilevel and holistic evolution process which often takes place over lifetimes and by which a person slowly raises his or her vibration on all levels: spiritual, mental, emotional, etheric and physical.

In order to do so, one must slowly learn to master the physical world, achieve balance and control of emotions, reach heightened levels of awareness whilst understanding and positively using their thoughts and beliefs. Finally, one must become familiar with the spiritual laws, energy, and connect with their higher senses (psychic senses), their Higher Self and the truths behind the illusion of the physical senses.

Another, and accelerated, way to raise one’s vibration is to receive a spiritual (higher frequency) energy attunement. Journeys to Ascension will provide participants with both: attunements and energies with also simple techniques to help them heal and learn from their own life experiences.

There are as many journeys towards enlightenment and ascension as there are living beings. And one must go through many life journeys to experience, learn, understand and finally master their complex being and life on all levels.

Journeys to Ascension was designed (and channelled) to help you take a leap forward on your own path towards ascension. During this unique and quite intense workshop, you will learn the basis of energy healing and receive large amounts of many different types of energies to facilitate healing and transformation on each and all levels of your being.

Each healing session during this workshop will work on a different level of your being and life, starting from the physical to ascend towards the higher vibrations of your spiritual energy body.

Journeys to Ascension is mostly a healing workshop. Topics such as the chakras, the energy bodies, the mind, channelling energies and attunements will be briefly covered to give you an understanding of your being (from a multilevel and holistic perspective) and of how energy healing works. However, 90 % of the workshop is about receiving energies, connecting with each level and creating healing, purification and transformation in your own physical and energy bodies.

Journeys to Ascension is a unique, effective and fast way to energetically cleanse, balance, heal and transform yourself on all levels (physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual).

This workshop is not yet offered anywhere else in the world. It combines in a 3 to 4.5 hour session many of the most effective healing and transformation techniques currently known and used in energy healing. It also introduces new methods and new energies (channelled by Jerome Baudel).

This workshop is made of five healings. Each of them is a very different journey with new sensations and centred on a specific level.

The healings are offered in a group setting, thereby multiplying the amount of healing energies available for each participant, and magnifying the desired effects for healing and transformation.

Each Journeys to Ascension workshop will bring about a tremendous and diverse amount of energies, therefore initiating a healing process on all levels that will continue for days afterwards (please read the definition of the term “ healing ”).

In addition, the spiritual body healing and some of the techniques used throughout the workshop will attune participants to some spiritual energies, thereby permanently raising their vibration. These energies are more for spiritual and/or psychic development than healing (If you wish to become able to channel healing energies for yourself and others please refer to the Energy Healing Workshops). It may take up to 21 days for each participant to fully integrate these new energies. This process usually also generates some clearing and healing, on some or all levels, in their being but also in their life.

Every time you attend a Journeys to Ascension workshop you will make a leap in your own personal and spiritual development, and in raising your vibration.

Workshop Healing Sessions

• Introductions

• Healing Part 1: Chakra & Meridian Clearing
  
  During this 20-25 minute healing you will be sitting up on a chair in a circle with your eyes closed and enjoying the strong and warm energies. The various techniques used will deeply clear your chakras and meridians. This part is usually quite rich in sensations, especially if you have a lot of blockages to work on.

• Healing Part 2: Physical & Etheric Healing
  
  You may be able to lie down for this healing (mat and cushions will then be provided – this however depends on the venue and number of participants). You will connect with your body whilst receiving many physical and etheric healing energies. As for all healings in this workshop, a combination of various energy healing techniques will be used to ensure a powerful session.

• Healing Part 3: Emotional & Mental Healing
  
  This deep emotional and mental healing will be performed sitting or lying down (depending on the venue). You will be guided through a very simple energy visualisation before connecting with negative emotions to release them, and with limiting or negative thoughts/beliefs to change them. You will learn how to do these changes and the amazing and powerful energies available will make this process many times easier! As for all these healings, this session will trigger a lot of changes which will continue over a few days.

• Healing Part 4: Negative Energy Clearing – Aura Purification
  
  Using amazing purifying energies, symbols and techniques, we will be able to clear your body and aura of many cords, negative energies or energies that are not useful to you anymore. All you will need to do is sit down, close your eyes and perform a very simple visualisation (optional) whilst receiving the energies and the purification.

• Healing Part 5: Spiritual Healing
  
  This part includes the Christ Consciousness Attunement* and the Transformation Light Circle**. We will mostly work on your higher chakras, also attuning them to higher frequency energies to permanently raise your vibration. During this session you may also receive extra attunements from Higher Beings to help you on your specific path, if needed (these can be different for each person). In addition, you will receive many high vibration energies (through various technique) channelled directly into the group.
  
  Participants will also be taught an easy visualisation to contact their guides or teachers during the healing (optional).

• Grounding & Closing Chakras

 

Note : Jerome will be working for the whole group at the same time. This requires a lot of mental concentration as many different techniques will be used. Jerome may therefore not be able to give personal messages to each participant.

* Christ Consciousness Attunement : The word "Christ" here does not refer to Jesus or any religion. Rather, it means a higher consciousness, a greater connection to others and the Universe. This energy is more for spiritual development than healing. This attunement is only performed once and only offered during the initiation workshops.

** Transformation Light Circle : Higher Beings and energies will join or be channelled into the circle to help each participant develop and/or transform on the spiritual levels. Each person may receive a different development or healing energy attunement depending on their specific needs at this stage on their ascension journey. Sometimes, these energies and Beings will just work on healing past life or other spiritual body issues, help a participant develop their higher senses or just prepare the way for new energies to be received at a later stage ( note: these are not Reiki or Seichem attunements which require a different initiation procedure). Participants may attend the Transformation Light Circle many times and will experience something slightly or completely different each time. It is therefore offered during both the initiation workshops and the development workshops.

Schedule

Initiation Workshop
The initiation workshop is the first step towards healing and transformation through Journeys to Ascension. It includes the five healing sessions*, at least one spiritual energy attunement**, some theory teaching to introduce the main concepts in energy healing such as the energy bodies, the chakras, the complexity of the multilevel human body, manifestation, control of the mind, release of emotions etc. Notes and snacks will also be provided.

* The average price of an energy healing hour session is about $70. During this workshop you will receive a combination of different techniques/modalities for at least 1hr and 30 minutes in addition to the teaching, detailed notes and at least one energy attunement.

** Jerome will attune each participant to a spiritual energy. In addition, the spiritual healing part is also a spiritual ceremony during which Spirits/Angels are able to attune each participants to the specific energy/ies they require at this stage in their personal development (if required). These energies are more for spiritual/psychic development than healing (please refer to the Energy Healing Workshops for healing energy attunements)

Who can register?
Everyone is welcome as there are no prerequisites except for an open mind and a desire to heal, change and learn - see Development Workshops if you have already done Reiki 1.

Development Workshop
These workshops are designed for people who have already received the teaching and the notes about the main concepts in energy healing and who just wish to receive the energies of the five healing sessions to continue their transformation and ascension process. There will be almost no theory teaching but slightly longer healing sessions and more time to exchange feedback (optional). Participants may still receive spiritual energy attunements from Spirits/Angels during the last healing session (only if required and possible at this time in their development). No notes will be provided.

Who can register?
You must have previously attended the Initiation Workshop or any Reiki 1 workshop as knowledge of the main concepts in energy healing must have already been acquired (energy bodies, the chakras...).

Workshops in Newtown need a minimum of 3 participants (maximum 4)

Healing Part 1: Chakra & Meridian Clearing

- Attended a Reiki (or other energies) workshop
- Attended a psychic development or meditation course
- Received training in another modality of energy healing
- Practiced Yoga for months at least
- Attended regular circles

FAQ

 

What does “Healing” mean?

Healing is a very broad term used to describe the general improvement of one’s health and/or well-being.

“Healing” means different things for each level.

As a general guideline, I define physical/etheric healing as clearing the body energy pathways and helping the muscles, organs and other body tissues get closer to their optimal state, therefore improving the health of the recipient.

Emotional healing is usually centred on releasing repressed or clouding emotions, achieving control and balance and positively using emotions in the process of manifestation.

Mental healing is about controlling your mind, thoughts and beliefs, using them to support your higher goals or desires and to generate the behaviours and create the life that you want.

Spiritual healing is multidimensional. It can be about opening you mind to new and higher perspectives, being able to see behavioural and life patterns, developing you higher senses (psychic senses), healing past life traumas and much more…

Healing to me is an on-going process. You are almost never “healed”. There are always new layers of issues to work on or a higher level of awakening to reach. While the first few layers may seem difficult and challenging, the further you go the easier it gets and the more amazing it becomes as you get closer and closer to your “true” spiritual nature and Self.

To me healing, awakening and ascension are parts of the same evolution process and regularly occur together or one after the other throughout one’s development.

What is an Attunement?

An attunement is an energetic and spiritual ceremony which creates an energy pattern around the recipient and opens the higher main chakras to a determined energy. There are many different types of energies and each of them affects us differently in our spiritual development.

During an initiation you are also being worked on by higher Spirits. The energies channelled by the teacher during an attunement enable these higher Spirits to come in and work on the initiates chakras.

Each of these attunements is a powerful spiritual experience. The process is completely safe and guided by a higher consciousness and the recipient’s subconscious mind.

A spiritual energy attunement usually increases psychic sensitivity and will raise the person’s vibration, which often leads to healing and the clearing of old energies/issues in the initiate’s being and life (as the two are linked to its soul and mind).

 I have paid the deposit, what's next?

Once you have paid the deposit (or the full fee in advance) and received confirmation by email of your registration, all you have to do is to go to the specified venue 5-10 minutes before the start time. This is to ensure everyone is on time and to sort out payments and other few things before we get started.

Please make sure to bring a bottle of water (one litre at least). It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes for the workshop and to bring something to cover yourself in case you get cold during the healings.

What will happen during the workshops?

We will go through the different sections of the workshop (as stated above). For some of these you will need to be sitting. For others you will have the option of lying down if you prefer. This option will only be available in some venues though, depending on space and available equipment.

Before each healing during the Initiations Workshops, Jerome will introduce some general energy healing and spiritual development topics such as the chakras, the energy bodies, channelling and attunements etc. Notes will be provided.

For Development Workshops, the teaching will be replaced by slightly longer healing and feedback sessions. These workshops were designed for those of you who have already attended an Energy Healing Workshop or the Journeys to Ascension Initiation Workshop and who don’t need to receive the theory teaching and notes anymore.

There will be a break with some snacks and soft drinks (about 10-15 minutes).

What will I experience during the healings?

This can vary depending on your sensitivity to energies, the number of blockages we will be working through, the type of energies you need most, your state of mind, your body's needs for healing, and many more factors.

Most people will feel, at the very minimum, the deep relaxation induced by the energiest, subtle energy movements within their bodies, auras and chakras, heat or tingling sensations etc. The emotional healing will most likely bring up old and/or negative emotions which need to be dealt with and let go of (only those emotions and beliefs/thoughts that you are ready to deal with will come to your conscious mind during and after the healing).

These sensations and many more range from very subtle with a general deep relaxation feeling to very intense, with, for example, shivers, tears, momentary discomfort in the throat, stomach or chest and other sensations due to the circulation of energies and the release of blockages.

Each healing session during these workshops will work with different energies and on different bodies. Sensations are therefore usually quite different for each healing and the spiritual healing and attunement part is often felt as a very spiritual experience, usually difficult to describe with words.

Furthermore, it also depends on your motivation to change and to welcome these energies. At the end of the day you are in control of your body, on all levels, and you are responsible for the healing that occurs. The energies are just an amazing fuel to help your body make small miracles happen.

Is it safe?

It is completely safe. Energy healing, as stated above, is only about tremendously boosting your already amazing self-healing ability on all levels: physical, etheric, emotional, mental and even spiritual.

You are in charge (consciously, subconsciously and unconsciously) of your healing and how you use these energies you will receive.

If at any time you feel there is too much energy for you, you are welcome (and encouraged) to get up and step away from the group or even the room for a few moments. This almost never happens though as most participants really enjoy each healing.

What to expect after the workshop?

You can expect to feel very tired after the workshop as all of your energy bodies (included your physical body) will have started a deep energy cleansing and healing process. Some people actually feel quite energised at first but the majority of you will be exhausted.

Most of who we are and what we do is outside of our conscious awareness. Therefore, most of the healing is happening “in the background” and the tiredness is just a side-effect showing that your energy is being needed elsewhere.

In addition, the raising of your vibration through the spiritual (higher vibration) energy attunement(s) that you will receive will create a shift in your energy for which you will need some time to adjust. During that time there is usually a lot of shifting and healing that takes place over a quite short period of time (usually within 21 days).

When working on the emotional and the mental levels, the healing process may bring forward those negative thoughts and emotions at the core of the issues, which is a necessary and essential step. It is therefore important to observe and analyse your recurrent thoughts and strong emotions in the 2-3 weeks after the session.
