I offer hands-on Reiki treatments and workshops in Sydney at the Argyle Oracle (Fridays), The Rocks (just a few minute walk from Wynyard and Circular Quay) and in Studio3 Newtwon (Saturdays).

A full body treatment lasts about 50 minutes. You will stay fully clothed and receive Reiki and many other energies (according to your body's needs) while lying comfortably on a massage table. Energy flows through the practitioner's hands as they are placed on or above positions that correlate to the major chakras. I usually place my hands just over the physical body (not directly touching).

Each treatment is unique and energy may be experienced by the recipient as some warmth, tingling, or even sometimes nothing at all (it will still work!). The healing process will take place on many or all levels and will continue for a few hours to a few days. More than one treatment may be required for some conditions (most conditions will require 3 treatments or more).

Note: During a treatment I will often share with you what I can psychically see and feel and sometimes will even pass on messages from spirit (however I can't guarantee there will be such messages during each session). If you are not comfortable with the idea of receiving such messages, please don't hesitate to let me know as they are not necessary for a Reiki treatment.

Note: Please make sure to drink plenty of water over the 48 hours following a treatment as the healing and purification will also trigger a chemical detox (you will need water to help this natural process). Energy healing also dehydrates a little so you will probably feel particularly thirsty right after the treatment.
