ENERGY Arts is a workshop for young people which utilises the performing arts to inspire creative thinking.
This program recognises the theories based on multiple intelligences and encourages students to develop their senses so that they may discover their own individual strengths and natural abilities. The workshop content draws on creative and lateral thinking techniques derived from education, natural health and theatre.
Each session is divided into short interactive activities designed to evoke the senses and demonstrate the many ways in which to receive and process information. These empowering skills may be applied socially or in the classroom to encourage more effective learning. ENERGY Arts provides a fun and supportive environment for students to explore their self-identity and discover who they truly are.

CONNECTING LIGHT MEDITATION FOR SENIORS

This service, provide by Inner Gold Enterprises, offers meditation and spiritual practice specifically for
older people. It will explore spirituality, meditation and healing in
the context of ageing.
Please note that the access to the studio is by stairs. Includes tea and snacks.

"Accessing the unique Goddess within and reclaiming our sexual and emotional identities to find wholeness as our loving and fearless selves."
An interactive series of safe-environment workshops with the participation in healing exercises. Questions and specific requests are also happily accommodated. Suitable for women of all ages above 13 years of age. Families very welcome (female members only).
The series is non-linear and goes with the flow according to the group's needs; feel free to attend one or any number of sessions as each will be different and complementary.
Workshop facilitated by Eirini Oikonomou
Eirini has been channelling energy and messages for about 6 years and has come across many individuals, couples or groups where a wealth of information regarding human emotional and sexual aspects has been passed on. Eirini has seen firsthand the beauty of the release that comes through those sessions again and again. After a while it became obvious to her that this realm of the feminine (emotional and sensual/sexual) has been heavily suppressed and because of that, so many people (both men and women) are struggling to find that missing part of themselves. She therefore decided to specialise in assisting others to reclaim this and it is her pleasure and honour to offer these sessions dedicated to just that!
Eirini has also done extensive studying (books, DVDs, practices etc.) on sacred sexuality, relationships and the nature of emotions, as well as attended, among other things, sacred sexuality conferences and seminars. She has also been trained as a sexual priestess and attuned to several energy healing modalities such as Ashati, Reiki, Seichem and Golden Dragon (by Jerome Baudel at "Connecting Light"). Eirini is also a certified Angel Intuitive (by Doreen Virtue) and utilises all of her knowledge and skills in these women’s group sessions, including of course the many lessons of her personal journey as a woman and a human being on Earth at this time.

Some of the topics covered:
loving and drama-free accessing of core sexual and emotional abuse memories and dissolving the "monster" of stored pain that threatens our opening to love. This is done by giving it a voice and finally allowing it to be fully expressed.
Reclaiming our sexual energy as our own, and thus freeing our creativity, desire for life and unique expression of love.
Bonding with our fellow women through sharing and listening in a process of compassion and understanding that heals, soothes and regenerates.
Defining the female relationship to orgasm and freeing it from the usual fear and expectation that it should be similar to a male one (it's not!).
Making the deep connection between love and sex and letting go of using sexuality as a less than Divine expression of who we are and what we are about.
Discovering our true power as women, a power for rather than against, and unravelling the hesitation and fear around whether it is truly safe or desirable to be as powerful in the world as we know we are on the inside. Understanding how the universe actually wants us to be full and benefits greatly from our happiness.
Learning how to embody our true potential in an everyday manner so that we do not require special circumstances to enjoy and feel our real selves.
Understanding how we hold the key to loving communion and going beyond expecting or waiting for a man to be responsible to discover what we need and how to get us to that space of blissful loved-ness.
Uncovering our open or subtle negative beliefs about men and sexual responsibility and re-voicing them in a positive way that we want to create.
Bringing light to the shame and fear around human anatomy, making peace with it and surrendering our beautiful bodies to their natural state of beaming love and health, the way we deserve to live.
Shedding our sense of separation we have been accustomed to and experiencing the nurturing, fulfilling flow of love that is freed to access and feeds us.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring plenty of water.
For your first time, bring a flower (or a picture of a flower) that you love, as a symbol of yourself in the group and for the welcoming ceremony at the start of the workshop.

During these inspiring and uplifting events, you will participate in a powerful short healing mediation and receive guidance in the form of channelled messages on a specific topic.
In addition to this, Alex Ianni, a talented and experienced stage medium, will offer each participant a flower reading, providing them with some personal (and anonymous) advice from their spirit guides and loved ones.
Connecting Light trained energy healing practitioners may also be available to offer free short 1-on-1 healing sessions.
These events are a great way to develop yourself personally and spiritually, receive invaluable information and personal advice whilst also making new friends.
Please bring a small flower or a leaf with you if you wish to receive a personal anonymous reading (please make sure to pick it yourself and not to let others hold it).
