What will I have to do?

The remote treatment will be sent to you in advance through Reiki methods of distant healing and will then be ready for you to receive whenever you want.

All you will have to do is sit or lie down for 22 minutes, follow the instructions received by email, be “open” to energies, and enjoy!

Pay particular attention to feelings, sensations, images, memories etc that come to your mind during the session as they are most likely linked to your blockages.


What will I feel?

What you will feel depends on the existing condition (s) . Healing will occur, but this might not always be at the physical level after one session only . Most of the time, the physical symptoms are the end results of blockages, or 'issues', on the emotional or mental levels.

As your subconscious is in control of the healing, it will direct the energy towards the blockages that are the cause of the condition that need healing first .

The sensations you will feel also depend on how sensitive you are. Most of the time they are: tingling, hot, cold, internal movement sensations, heaviness, lightness, etc…

Most people feel something.  Only a small percentage of people do not feel anything. However that is still okay because the energy is still going where you need it. It just means you are not particularly sensitive to energies at that particular time (maybe too stressed, digesting too much food, not well enough hydrated…)
